I made vegan pansit for dinner and smoothie. Craving for noodles, so I came up cooking pansit. Since I have some veggies available, I just put anything I have.

Here's my pansit ingredients :👇👇

  • vegan noodles
  • carrot
  • red bell pepper
  • cauliflower
  • lima beans
  • sayote/chayote
  • string beans
  • crack black pepper
  • rosemary
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • vegan soy sauce
  • olive oil

For my smoothie :

  • half of carrot
  • pineapple
  • banana
  • coconut meat and water
