my last point for MoD civ ed program...

post great patriotic war (ending the abomination that the OOH has become), the ubiquity to use the word resaid by think ukraine of war effects. all knew. so immense it was compared to the currently smo in term of popular understanding.

as such the need - currently - to have the mod civ ed program so iolsated and protected have been the russian rears...

the exemple of the few drones distrubing the flights, waoo... nothing when you compare...

in all things there is too it's opposite , just to take into account the reality of today... to adapt and overcome the challenge posed if one day it ends :).

complementary idea : that the certification exams be made in the MoE, the real, but the "prep" so called learning in the MoD... objective : prepare to pass, there, like the other. the same.
