Peerplays Witness Proposal - lowlysoundtech

Hello Everyone,

I'm here today to introduce myself and throw my proverbial sombrero into the ring as a Peerplays witness. I'm generally not one to toot my own horn or anything, but I understand that, in this instance, I have to make my case on why you should vote for me. So, with a heavy heart (and a loud miner next to me) I'll soldier on.

As I've been a relative newbie in cryptocurrencies, I've been trying to be a smart investor and study up on my investments. While I have found several communities that are great, I have yet to come across an opportunity to be a part of one from the beginning, let alone one that I find both interesting and purposeful. I've been mining on a small scale for a couple months now and that has only made me want to do more, get deeper into some of these coins. So when I learned of Peerplays, I jumped at it. I see it as a great chance to lend my experience and know-how to a community that needs to be rock solid and stable to increase confidence in it's success. I feel that being a witness is an obligation to your community to help keep the platform afloat and I know that I can do that and then some. I want to see this community thrive and become a major player in the online gaming world.

What I hope to bring to the table, at least initially, is stability. I've already setup my witness node for Peerplays (seed node coming soon) and it's running at a datacenter with 24/7 availability. As I mentioned before, I am a newbie, but what I do have is constant access to my witness. I plan to supplement a backup server for my witness node as needed, just be on the safe side, but considering my 9-5 is at a DevOps desk, I'm able to jump on any issue immediately.

I want to help this community as much as possible and, at the moment, this is best way I know how. I've been working with @Jesta on getting setup and he's been a massive help to me, both in this and all other things crypto. He's been a lifelong friend that I trust more than just about anyone else, so when he says jump, I'm onboard.

So that all being said, I hope this is enough to bolster your faith in me as a potential witness and give you cause to vote for me to join the ranks of the Backbone of Peerplays.
