Today music, Canada, poetry, song writers, and fighters lost one of the greatest in all of those categories....and lets not forget entertainer. Gord was a poet and one of the best songwriters to have ever put pen to paper, he was also a writer and advocate for native rights and did his part to bring Canadas embarrassment of the residential schools to the forefront and try and bring truth into the truth and reconciliation process that is ongoing. He will be missed by many Canadians.
