minium wage job

For the past two weeks i have been calling my program director at my job. due to m pay check coming up short. i don't know why she pretends to not see my hours are missing or if she doesn't want to reimburse my 9 hours that didn't make it to my check. i don't know what is should do i been trying to contact her left two voice messages but still no response. what should i do, any suggestions?
