At that time, I was a college sophomore — filled with curiosity about the world and a hint of unrealistic ambition.

My initial exposure wasn't to cryptocurrency, but to the stock market. Instead of purchasing stocks, I engaged in high-leverage warrants trading. Within a few weeks, I lost 70% of my initial capital.

That sensation — transitioning from hopefulness to an existential crisis — felt like a harsh reality check, teaching me the true meaning of "the market is ruthless." I started to understand: finance isn't about impulsive speculation; it's an endurance battle against human nature.

But I persisted. One late night in the library, a friend mentioned Bitcoin. That marked my first serious exploration of cryptocurrency. The deeper I delved, the more I realized this wasn't merely a speculative instrument — it represented a bold technological experiment and a challenge to the traditional financial system.

April 2018

I signed up for a Binance account @binance. That evening, I made what seemed like a reckless decision: I allocated only $30 per week for living expenses. Every other cent from part-time earnings went into crypto. I avoided smoking, parties, travel, and phone upgrades. After campus jobs each day, my first action was opening candlestick charts.

Others thought I was insane. Yet I knew I wasn't escaping reality — I was stepping into a future ahead of schedule.

Crypto in 2019

This period was imbued with romanticism. I joined the Binance community @binancezh and connected with numerous passionate early adopters. IEOs had just launched, and the value of BNB wasn't fully appreciated yet.

That night, I didn't break down or weep. I simply felt utterly hollow inside. But the next day, I accessed Binance as if nothing occurred and continued studying. Because I understood: prices may fall, but conviction sustains you.

2021 — I Graduated College

I didn't send out resumes or apply to companies. I remained in crypto — trading with real funds and researching early-stage projects.
