According to Freud, the ego is a conscious mediator, who defines the concept of personality and is the most difficult-to-understand creature in the world. It refers to a part of the educated thought of man.

We can explore our strengths without fear of meeting our ego and making peace. The ego is actually a question of proportionality and awareness.

Ego; it is one of the most fundamental human motives that drives our inner dynamics, not our enemy who has fought with us. If managed well, it ensures harmony between our internal and external world. The manageable ego is dynamism. The important thing is not to destroy our ego, but to notice the points where it crosses the border and if necessary, to gravitate.

The measure of everything is in our self. Every step that is to be taken from exaggeration and without subjugation is virtuous human behavior. Moreover, virtuous man is a man who can cultivate himself.
