Is it easier to take your older pet when moving or leave where he is familiar
I have a 13 year old German Shepherd Dog whom I love dearly. Decimus is his name. I am contemplating a move across country or perhaps overseas.
I am trying to decide if it is better to take him with me to a place he has never been, or leave him behind in the home he has always known.
Has anyone else experienced this? 
Take him with you. That would be the best thing for him.
Thanks for the suggestion. That is really what i am inclinrd to do.
I think it would break both of our hearts if i didn't.
Such a cute dog and a great owner, he has had a great life thanks to you!
He is the best puppy ever. He doesn't know he is a dog. He loves to hug his body pillow!
