March is a month of graduation where students complete the total number of units required on there course curriculum, this is a month where supporters and learners harvest their efforts for a couple of years that worth to celebrate before we start let's make it clear that your graduation cannot define you are now successful but it is a tool or a part to make you success don't be rush and chill-ax/ be cool this is just your first steep and congratulations.

Since today Is my birthday I'l treat you by giving tips based on my past how to get a job without experience.

We all know that finding a job is really hard at this present but don't worry I hope this tips will enlightened and make you motivated for your successful journey

1. Make a good resume

Don’t underestimate the importance of making a good resume. First impressions count, and the first impression that a potential employer will have you is going to depend on how you present your resume this will be only your one change how to make a good glance of your resume therefore you need to make a professional resume containing personal information more detailed with specific objectives to your field specialization . Remember it takes just a few seconds that a potential employer is going to be taking to glance at your resume; this is the only chance for your first step to get their attention.

There are many links that could provide template and samples of your resume that are updated at this represent so it is easy to reproduce but don’t forget to write all the correct information.

It is very important to ensure that you are completely honest on your resume. Don’t fiddle around with dates etc. if you have no experience or bad records and don’t want the employer to know. Rather be upfront as resume fraud is illegal, and should they do checks, which they probably will, you can forget any change of them employing you.

2. Develop your skills

While finding a job since time is gold, enroll on training module that aligned on your specialization to develop your skills and earn certificates that is credited this will give you more chance to get the potential why they will need to hire you.

Most companies will after employees who undergo training that are aligned to the working place even without experience they don't need you to be sent up for training and saved expenses or a short time frame you to be fully train to understand the flow of your work. and sometimes they expected you can contribute good methods or innovating the system to make it better. Also this all about for yourself getting fast promotions having a qualified requirements for a short period.

3. Make Connections on Job-Fair

It is just an easy task to get information for job offers by searching online and register some sites that offer jobs just make sure you will not be scam check always if that company is on the list of POEA for working abroad.
Another things is you can read newspapers or go to job fair activities, this program has urgently need employers who are qualified and based on my experience they will keep your resume if they get your potential and might call you later one day if its full in short a reservation.

4. Don't base on the salary

Don't find a job who offer high salary you might unemployed in a years or long remember we are talking how to find job without experience therefore grab all opportunities that fit or align based on your expertise take note your first job speak a lot to your resume therefore make a best shot earning experience just keep aside low offer salary the important point view is to got experience.

5. The Interview

Mostly UN-employed person failed in this area due to lock of confidence this situation pushes person cannot answer some questions breifly so here are some following steps.
Before you go to an interview on the date scheduled where you are applying make research possible questions that might ask you there are many samples posted on google just give time to read and mostly search the background of the company.
