Stuffed Squid/Rellenong pusit
stuffed squid for dinner
First time to cook a stuffed squid, I am happy with the result of my cooking because it taste good.
Ingredients
Squid
1/2kl of groud pork
1medium size of carrot
3 stalks of cellery
Onion
Garlic
Soysauce
Salt
Pepper
1piece egg (beaten)
Oil
Lemon
1/2cup of all-purpose flour
Procedure
Combine squid, soy sauce, and juice from 1 piece lemon and marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan and pour-in 3 tablespoons cooking oil.
Sauté garlic, onion, celery,carrots and put-in the ground pork and cook for about 10min. Add salt and ground black pepper then stir. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.Stuff the marinated squid with the cooked ground pork. Dip the stuffed squid in beaten egg then dredge in flour. Heat another pan and pour-in 10tsp of cooking oil. Fry the squid. Cook each side for 3 to 5 minutes. Make sure not to overcooked the squid.
