Sweet Morning
It is called sinulbot, a sweet dessert. It is easy to cook. The ingredients are only banana specifically saba and brown sugar.
How to cook? It is simple you will put banana in a pot with a bit of water and then mix the sugar on it. And after a while you can eat your sinulbot.
sinulbot has a different meaning in bicol dialect. hehehe.. but anyway, I'm also cooking this sinulbot of yours, I also add a small amount of evaporada and bits of ice. I call it banana con yelo. hehe
