Nos encontramos en una sociedad en declive, vertiginosamente caemos hacia el abismo. Una vez que estemos en él no podremos salir, la gente no cae en cuenta de que nos encontramos cayendo —desde hace ya mucho tiempo que lo hacemos y muy pocos de los que se han percatado obraron en consecuencia para detener el descenso—.

     Nosotros, como hombres despiertos, debemos abrirle las mirada a los otros, librándolos de su misérrima condición intelectual y redirigiendo su razón al pensamiento crítico de las cosas. Debemos encaminar a nuestros pares por el camino de la razón, las buenas costumbres y de la civilidad. Únicamente a través de los esfuerzos colectivos es que se podrán generar cambios significativos y duraderos en nuestra sociedad. La pobreza espiritual e intelectual solo traen miseria carnal. El primer paso para todo cambio, pequeño o grande, es el modificarnos a nosotros mismos, de lo contrario todo esfuerzo transformador será en vano —como ya ha sucedido—.

     ¡No se puede decretar civilidad! ¡No se pueden decretar buenas costumbres! ¡No se puede decretar la cultura! Nada de esto puede ser impuesto, debe ser enseñado y aprendido por cada individuo existente, luego de que cada quien se haya cambiado a sí mismo se tendrá un verdadero ejemplo de estado civil. Nada de la fanfarronería del ‘gendarme necesario’. De lo único que nuestro pueblo tienen necesidad es de salir de la ignorancia y de la pobreza espiritual. Nosotros debemos ser nuestros propios agentes de cambio y hacerlo todo por voluntad, sabiendo que esto es lo correcto. Las imposiciones autoritarias deben deshacerse, no son propias de un estado civil. Solo mediante las buenas costumbres se obtienen buenas costumbres, lo mismo para lo demás, solo a través de la violencia se obtiene más violencia.

     Por esto, y más, debemos cambiar nuestro modo de obrar y encaminar nuestra existencia a la elaboración de un mejor país.

     Es deber del que sabe compartir su conocimiento, sacando de la penumbra sus hermanos , creando y estableciendo así un verdadero estado civil.

     We are in a declining society, vertiginously we fall into the abyss. Once we are in it we will not be able to get out, people do not realize that we are falling —we have done it for a long time and very few of those who have noticed have acted accordingly to stop the descent—.

     We, as awakened men, must open the others eyes', ridding them of their miserable intellectual condition and redirecting their reason to the critical thinking of the things. We must direct our peers along the path of reason, good customs and civility. Only through collective efforts is it possible to generate significant and lasting changes in our society. The spiritual and intellectual poverty only bring carnal misery. The first step for any change, small or large, is to modify ourselves, otherwise all transformative effort will be in vain —as has already happened—.

     Civility can not be decreed! Good manners can not be decreed! Culture can not be decreed! None of this can be imposed, it must be taught and learned by each existing individual, after each one has changed himself he will have a true example of a civilian state. Nothing of the bragging of the 'necessary gendarme'. The only thing that our people need is to get out of ignorance and spiritual poverty. We must be our own agents of change and do everything by will, knowing that this is the right thing to do. The authoritarian impositions must be undone, they are not characteristic of a civil state. Only through good habits are good habits obtained, the same for the rest, only through violence you get more violence.

     For this, and more, we must change our way of working and direct our existence to the development of a better country.

     It is the duty of those who know how to share their knowledge, drawing their brothers out of the shadows creating and establishing a true civil state.
