Is the 4th Dimension Real?

A dimension is the measurement of a physical object in space. For example, someone may ask, what are the dimensions of that box? The response will be the length, width, and height. Now, if a dot represents one dimension, then connecting two or more dots will create a line, which is two dimensional, for it has a direction of east west or north south. Furthermore, stacking two or more lines introduces depth in the directions of up and down, which is the third dimension. A dot being one quantifiable unit can be added up in any direction to create volume, which has mass. Simply put, three dimensions are all that is required to describe the physical world. A fourth dimension does not exist, for it is not a physically measurable dimension essential for observable reality. Just as space and time are not physically measurable, so they are not considered a dimension. One is the container of the measured and the lather is man's invention to measure change. Change itself is an ever changing constant. This is In my opinion, and as with science it can be changed. Enlighten me if I am wrong.
