I agree with that saying.
If people enjoy what they do they would simply put their best into it, achieving the best possible results according to their skills.
About Steemit, I enjoy it very much. Its fun to read interesting content daily, discovering interesting people and chatting with them. Its probably one of the best ways to get rewarded without doubt :P
Motivation and definable feedback/rewards is definitely a winning solution for the platform.
