Whether free will is deterministic or not does not change the fact of free will as perceived both by fellow human actors and the actor itself. Our thoughts are our thoughts and our will feels like our will and obeys our thoughts regardless of the source of those thoughts. Whether it is a predictable chemical process, a semi-random quantum one or some spiritual mumbo-jumbo, you have, as far as you will be able to determine, free will.
