Everyone who can focus their mind - certainly has the ability to achieve inner peace. But the physical practice of Yoga poses, alone, is not enough.

Even the meditations and focus on energy centers as taught by traditional yogis may not provide the answers that many people seek.

Today, people are very influenced by science. This is the modern language of the mystics - scientific explanations are the modern Voo-doo that can effect profound changes within people.

As I am finding in my personal practice, the effects of Yoga on the mind and emotions are very scientific, very precise, and very repeatable.
