In my city the more you hold the property, the more money you will get. Sometimes even double in 2, 3 years because of any landmark construction near property. So many factors also involved :) But yes, investment to multiply your money is necessary :)
Yeah, there're different strategies, you can not only sell it later, but also you can earn money from lending the property. Many factors in different regions, you're right! :)
