This is a mobile and laptop repair shop. There is a diagnostic machine here. When a mobile phone or laptop is brought in, they first check it using this machine to identify the problem. With this machine, they can easily detect the issue, which is why they use it.
If the device is in a condition that can be repaired, the indicator on the machine moves, and they understand that it can be fixed. Then they make arrangements for repair. If the machine shows that it cannot be repaired, they inform the customer first.
Every mechanic shop has this type of machine, and they use it first to check devices. This shop also has these machines, and they are used for checking.
