Dubai’s property registry logged another active day across the board, with movement spread between land, villas, and unit sales across 115 recorded localities.

The remaining 105 localities accounted for 725 transactions with a combined value of AED1,432,433,531 ($390,043,161).

Outside the top ten, the next strongest locations on the day were Nad Al Hamar, Saih Shuaib 1, and Madinat Al Mataar.

Conclusion

Dubai’s registry activity stayed broad, with land deals carrying heavy ticket sizes while unit sales kept volume moving. Business Bay, Dubai Sports City, and JVC stayed active, while several one-off high-value plots pushed niche locations into the upper ranks.
