Dubai Land Department registered another full day of sales, mortgage, and gift transactions on 16 July 2026, covering freehold and non-freehold property across the emirate.
Ready and off-plan properties were both active, and the deals were spread across more than a hundred different localities.

The remaining 104 localities include Wadi Al Safa 3, JUMEIRAH VILLAGE TRIANGLE, and Palm Jabal Ali among the next strongest by value.
Conclusion
Downtown and waterfront localities recorded the biggest values, while the rest of the day's transactions were spread across the remaining areas.
Units and freehold residential deals made up most of the number of transactions yesterday.
