Next up by value after the top ten were Palm Jabal Ali, Wadi Al Safa 3, and Al Hebiah Fifth.
Conclusion
Activity stayed broad across the map, with capital moving through both established ready zones and newer off-plan districts, while land continued to hold weight in total value.
