Conclusion

The registry closes the day with broad coverage across the city, with volume concentrated in units and residential stock while larger ticket leases pushed Dubai Investment Park Second to the top of the value table. Business Bay remained the busiest by transaction count, keeping its usual pace in the daily rental register.
