The paddy will be boiled, so it has been soaked in water. When soaked, the paddy can be boiled properly. That is why the paddy needs to be soaked one day before boiling. We put the paddy in a container and filled it with water, and it will soak overnight. The next day, we will boil it on the stove. By doing this, the paddy cooks faster and becomes better, and the rice that comes out afterward will also be of good quality. That is why this method is used.
Previously, we used to boil it differently, but after learning this method, we started doing it this way. It makes the work faster, which is why we are doing it like this. After leaving it there to soak, I took a few photos, which I am now sharing with you.
