The 'buttercup' wild flower...🌼

A notable flower that clearly dominates the landscape at this time of the year is the 'buttercup' ('Ranunculus').

This bright yellow flower reaches a diameter of 2-3 cm (0.8 - 1.2 inch) and the plant itself grows up to 30-90 cm (12 - 35 inch). Despite the beauty of this magnificent flower, it is not loved by everyone, especially the farmers, because it is toxic to cattle.
In reality, the cattle will not eat this flower quickly because they rather will hold back from the sharp scent that the flower spreads.
