Seems like you are not following the rules. You needed to submit the URL with a transaction for 0.1 SBD or STEEM to @sweepstake, you can not submit a URL that has already been upvoted by @sweepstake, and you can't add a comment with the URL. This will not work, it's a bot and it needs simple instructions, to be followed.
