I guess it's a win win situation considering that you both relief stress. Time to take my yoga mat out and do some asanas and pranayama also.
And why not put some stress done with the practice. I had a few years of constant practice, but some laziness and changes in life took away for years yoga from me. Now I find myself from time to time doing some padahastasana, sarvangasana and of course the famous shavasana that many of us love and sleep so heavy on it.
