My parents used to take my family to the Markham Fair when I was a kid, I barely remember it from back then. Once I had kids, we started going again every other year or so. When I was little, the fairgrounds were basically way out in the country. Now, the city of Markham has grown so much, the subdivisions are only a few farmer's fields away. Progress, I guess...
