Well, I'll go for the second, Probably because its reveals the architecture of the flower. All beautiful shots tho...Thanks for sharing.

It's hard to choose anything except a closeup of a rose bud, especially when it's photographed so nicely. So my choice is the rose. I do like the allure of the white petunia, though. It's peeking over the shoulder of the other one, quietly saying 'look over here'.
