Great photo. The contrast and sharpness are spot on. I also like the shape transcribed by the berries from left to right.

Very different from the real berries! Such a contrast, too much details for comfort, look at the leaves with sharp edges!
This is what I love about macro, it reveals the detail, and of course you can then exaggerate this when you edit.
