Long Beach, California

Good morning fellow steem members! Today I am sharing this photo taken at Long Beach while I was on a tennis trip with my team last fall. We were about half way through the tournament draw for the week and our coach spontaneously decided to take the entire team to the beach. Most of us were confused as to why we were going to the beach rather than doing some extra training. When one of my teammates asked him, his answer was
"sometimes the best way to focus is to not think about the subject and give yourself a brief moment to relax and be calm."
What he said actually really helped me to improve throughout the year in tennis and other areas of my life. I hope that everyone enjoys this post and have a great day as always!
