Yes, it was built in the late 1990s and is located on a bridge leading into the lake. The tower is only limited used for navigation on Lake Neusiedl. It was erected as a point of reference and for storm warnings for the water sportsmen and is today also a tourist attraction and one of the sights in Podersdorf am See.
