Smokey Sunset
Yesterday we had some smoke roll into southern Saskatchewan from the northern forest fires. It got rather thick suddenly! Here are some pictures captured out at the farm. Photos captured by my father.

On behalf of all forest fires in BC, I am sorry 😅
I feel sad for those who have to evacuate. I know how they feel. Last year the forest fire was so close to where we live (I am in BC), we were told to get ready to be evacuated. It wasn't a good year for sure, worrying daily
I am relieved this year the fires aren't too too close to us but surely heart broken for those who are affected.
Actually it appears that the majority of smoke was in fact from northern SK. and not from B.C. as previously mentioned!

Very relaxing scene :-)
The smoke really does make for some beautiful sunsets! It was blowing toward the coast the other day, and the sun just looked like a big red ball in a grey/brown sky. It was eerie and cool at the same time.
Eerie and cool is a good way to describe those types of sunsets!
