    I love this photo because the blue has such a smooth and calming tone. I'm imagining the room being red and me feeling anxious. Great shades. So simple but effective.

    I am very curious if these colors having just calming qualities or if there is other research to show it does more. I like your title “spice sluther” it sounds healthy and cool at the same time.
