Flowers in the Street

Until Steemit I take photographs of things I plan and anything that takes my eye but with little purpose. Entering competitions on Steemit has opened my eyes to all sorts of things I have passed and thought little of them. Competitions such as run by @juliank , @jonbit , @tattodjay , @erikah & @flamingirl to name but a few have made such a difference to how I look at the world about me.

The image below was taken while walking along a road and there it was saying take a photograph of me. Normally I probably would not have noticed it. Now I notice windows, doors, rusty things, streets, insects and many more aspects of life.
