All the Colors of The Rainbow (Trout)
Here's a Rocky Mountain selfie, of the best kind.
The rainbow trout was born for the wild, clear waters of the Rockies of the west, and the place would just not be the same without them.
They have been known to quicken the pulse of even the most experienced angler, and quite often they can be found within some of the most spectacular scenery on the planet.
As you can see, they can also hold there own against the glorious beauty of a stunning blue Colorado sky.

Awesome shot! The only rainbow we have around here are released from the hatchery. They are beautiful fish.
Did you know that Rainbow trouts are not really trouts but baby Stealhead salmon?
I did not know that. I did know that in many areas of the world they are actually considered an invasive species. I can only say that they sure are fun to catch.
