Life is itself an immense opportunity to overcome us. Living it without mistakes means going through it without learning.

Sometimes we do not value the opportunity presented to us with each day of life. We get carried away by the immediacy of the things that overwhelm us focusing on seeing what we lack; it's as they say, focusing on seeing the glass half empty instead of half full.

The day-to-day difficulties we face such as poor public transport, low-paid employment, job instability; among other calamities, they seem to us insurmountable obstacles. That is why we sometimes forget that other human beings face very harsh living conditions in a completely hostile environment.

Obviously, as the popular saying goes, the evil of some cannot be the comfort of others. The invitation is to take advantage of every moment of our life in a constructive way, it is an opportunity that has been given to us and that we have to make the most of.

<div class="text-justify"Being resilient is a quality that helps us cope with obstacles or disappointments without discouraging us. It is to have optimism about the difficulties experienced in the present, projecting a future with achievements and new challenges to overcome.
