Amazing shots

At that distance I know that they were some kind of predator birds.

I forever have my eyes on the sky when I am outside in our garden, and on this day I was given a great bonus. The planes come over from inland to land at the international airport, and in the picture above I focused on the birds, when a plane photobombed the picture. Such things happen from time to time, and I am very happy when something like this takes place.
Even better is the second picture as I tried to get them with the moon in the background. But no such luck.

I was so hoping that they would fly across the face of the moon. But this was the closest that they came to the moon.
