It is difficult for me to distinguish the Far East cuisine from each other 😅 Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisines look similar, but I have read that they are different in terms of cooking style and ingredients. I'm not used to this kind of egg in the food, but maybe I'll try it one day. Generally, it looks very tasty 👌
