Escape
Escaping the reality doesn't mean you already giving up your life. you just need to take a break from the reality of life and go far away where no one knows you.
having a break even if its just for a day can lessen your stress from any problem you are going thru.
camping overnight in the mountain makes your mind at peace. staring at the stars, milky way at night, breathe in the fresh air that comes from the trees, makes you feel comportable.
It's a very peaceful place.
