Wharat Slice

Wharat slice is a combination of baked banana bread and frosted banana yema made by a group of students in the University of the Cordilleras. This product is good for desserts and snacks. It was made as a solution to improve the choices for healthy products that are sold in the canteen. Why wharat? Wharat is a Kalinga term which means banana. This was used as the name for the product so that it will appeal more interesting.
