Well I got a bit of walking in with my Wife during the day she walks a lot slower than me LOL but its good she is trying to get moving more again and I hope it helps to get her feeling a bit better, so I didnt spend much time online or editing and preparing post, but it was a greta day :)
Important things come first, we have talking about this lately, and what's more important than to have a great day with your wife, and to see that she is feeling better.
Maybe, because she is walking slower than you, this slowing down might be good for you too :)

LOL yeah slowing down may be good, but I go out early and get a good walk inf or me, and I really dont mind slower walks with my wife it good times we have together
