It will, nobody wants to live there, because the village is settled direct in front of a forest, like I said before, and this forest goes up very steep.
For this reason theres no sun for 6 months shining on my parents' house. This doesn't bother me, because it needs a walk of 3-5 minutes to be in the sun :)
