Fibonacci in nature
Let's discover the sacred geometry order in life! Most common is the Fibonacci-sequence.
"In mathematics, the Fibonacci numbers are the numbers in the following integer sequence, called the Fibonacci sequence, and characterized by the fact that every number after the first two is the sum of the two preceding ones" (Wikipedia).
Here is the sequence:
(0), 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144...
I'm not a mathematican, so I need to quote from Wikipedia again: "Johannes Kepler observed that the ratio of consecutive Fibonacci numbers converges. He wrote that "as 5 is to 8 so is 8 to 13, practically, and as 8 is to 13, so is 13 to 21 almost", and concluded that the limit approaches the golden ratio, φ, 1.618033988749894848204586834..."
We can easily find this ratio in nature, like flowers and plants, as in this flower. Can you see the spirals in it?
