“Early Dinner”

I always eat dinner early before sunset. This photo was taken just after my dinner. My body feels calm if I eat dinner before sunset and rest after dinner or go for a walk with my dog sometimes. I usually go to bed early especially when I work for a school.
However, all schools are closed now because of Covid-19, so I only work from home now. I still eat dinner early and go to bed early though. I used to work till late and sometimes I couldn't eat dinner because I was too tired but definitely not anymore.

“早めの夕食”

いつも日が暮れる前に夕食をとります。この写真は夕食後の風景です。日没前にご飯をすませると、とても落ち着けますし、ゆっくりしたり時々犬の散歩に出かけたりします。就寝時間も早めです。次の日に学校で働く時は特に早く寝ます。
ところが今はすべての学校が新型コロナウィルスのために休校ですので、家での仕事のみです。それでもやはり夕食は早めに食べて、早めに寝ます。かつては遅くまで働いていたので、疲れすぎて夕食も食べれないこともありましたが、もう絶対そんなことはできないです。
