Babylon Red Dahlia

I saw this flower and it caught my eye. It is called a Babylon Red Dahlia. I looked it up online and it said it is a Dinnerplate Dahlia that can grow up to 8 inches or even bigger. The bloom is a double flower and are grown from bulbs.

The plant I saw had lots of big blooms and was a blast of color. Really pretty, I could imagine a garden with a grouping of these plants just demanding a viewer's attention.
