It is very true everything you pose, in fact it is best to sleep, listen to music, yoga, exercises during the day, I repeat you are absolutely right. However, even if you do not believe it, we have a world so hectic that it is often difficult to meet all these points. but this next Saturday, January 13, I will try to make all the points mentioned. Thank you.

I think one of the best investments is making time to prioritize ourselves because when we are healthy, everyone else benefits too.
