Saukalt At 17 Degrees

Today we continue with a delicious beer from the Hilsenbeck family brewery.
The " saukalt " should be enjoyed freshly chilled.
It is a light lager with a rather tart aroma, but not quite so bitter, rather with a round mouthfeel.
With an alcohol content of 4.8, it is invigorating and tangy.
