What Camera is Good for vlogging?

Hey Steemit Users!

I'm an amateur Youtuber/Photography enthusiast and I was wondering if anyone who had knowledge on cameras could point me in the right direction! Currently I use my S7 Edge to take pictures or record and I want a little upgrade. :D

I'm looking for a dslr camera with good image quality that can take videos in 60fps if possible.
My current price range is around 300-400 usd. If you have recommendations a little above the price range that's fine too.
