Living a valuable life
Sometimes it's not so much the quantity that matters, but rather consistency.
A plant doesn't need a liter of water all at once. But depending on its characteristics and climatic conditions, it will need that same liter of water, just spread out over a period of time.
Taking these small, consistent, and committed steps isn't about "wanting to do it," "wanting to do it," or "feeling the motivation to do it." All of that is secondary. These actions are taken because they are known and recognized as important, regardless of mood, fatigue, even the external barriers that sometimes make the path a little more difficult. No one said a valuable life would be easy, but it is worth living.
