I also recommend having a look at Photoshop's smartphone apps. Especially PS Express is super useful and handy when it comes down to photo editing. And it is free! Probably very similar to Snapseed, but it might be easier to use it with PhotoshopMix and PhotoshopFix, all for Iphone and all free to use. You just need an Adobe account.
